Excellent quality at an incredible price!
This is a wonderful chair in every respect! The assembly was very straightforward and the quality really exceeded my expectations for the price! It looks great in my new office and I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a new office chair with adjustable height, comfortable lumbar support and beautiful color selection. It is elegant in design, and is very inviting and comfortable to sit on! I am thoroughly delighted with this purchase and would buy it again!

Good, quality chair for a high office desk or counter.
I purchased for my shop to use at my front desk, which is counter height. Assembly took 5 minutes and that was because I put the chair base on backward. I believe this is why other reviewers talk about sliding off the front. The chair is spring loaded so that, once you’re seated, you can sit, or lean back. If the base is backward, then yes, there is a severe bias to the front and you slide very easily off and it’s uncomfortable to sit on. It must be mounted properly. So, make sure the handle is mounted on the right side. Also, it’s incredibly stable when I’m sitting in full recliner position as I’m unable to get it to tip over when leaning back fully. The foot ring is fitted with a rubber gasket and a very large, crank bolt. I am able to stand fully on the foot ring without it collapsing or pushing down. Its a very solid support. Finally, the casters are of decent quality. I had originally intended to purchase rollerblade wheels for it, as others I believe had done, but the casters are more than suitable for my needs, which is on short nap, right pile carpet. If using on thick nap carpet, you’d want a chair pad, as with any office chair. Other than that, it’s just an all around comfortable office chair with the extra height needed for counter height desks.

NICE LOOKING CHAIR BUT FEELS WOBBLY AND HARD TO PUT TOGETHER
I have been working from home for a year and just had knee replacement. Sitting in a regular chair with my feet on the floor with my knee bent all day is bad for my recovery. I decided since I don't have my ergo desk at home that I would raise my table and get a drafting chair so I can have my legs dangle some. This is what I want to share:CONS: 1)Putting this together was a nightmare 2)Directions are crummy 3)The chair pad does slide into the base and it does not explain how to get the chair cushion in. In fact I thought they sent a cushion that was to big. At one point I pulled the metal base where the cushion is to be installed away from the chair and was able to get the cushion in. Finally I thought, but the screw holes didn't line up or go in. I had to leave one side of the chair cushion out of the base to get the screws in on one side. Mind you the chair is upside down and awkward. The screws are cheap and actually wore down after several attempts to screw them in. Once I got the screws started on one side I literally had to pull the chair base away from the cushion again, like bending metal, to get it to slide in. I was not happy. This pushing and pulling took me forever. I finally got it in and the screws they provided would not work on this side either. I was not going to drive to the hardware store as someone else mentioned in their review. I went down to my garage and found two screws that were longer than the provided screws and it worked. The cushion to the chair was finally attached 4) When I went to drop the chair onto the center spring it seemed wobbly. There is no way to tighten this. I just sat in it to make sure it was pushed all the way down. No clicking or way to tell if I installed it correctly 5) The chair cushion goes flat when you sit on it and is uncomfortable after a period of time so I ordered a memory foam seat cushion to sit on 6) The arms are hard so I ordered pads for them 7) I wish the seat pad had an adjustment to move forward and backward like my ergo chair at work. This would give me more pad under my legs so they don't hang off the chair 7) I sat on the chair at the top height and the chair rocks side to side and feels a little unstable when sitting, like trying to scoot it in.8) The chair was together less than an hour as I was checking it out and while sitting on it I heard a snap and the screw blew out the back. I had to find another screw and screw it back in to hold it together 9) When at a lower position it sinks some when you sit on it as another person complained about already. I weigh 160 lbs.PROS- 1)It is a very handsome chair. I like the style 2) I like how the arms can be raised and when I turn my chair it won't hit my table 3)The back of the chair feels ergonomic with the chair fitting to the curve of your back 4)The release works well 5) I raised the chair all the way up and it went up fast. I have not tried the adjustment to rock it as I won't be doing that 6) I like that the height works well for my table and I can stand easily and sit back down. I use a foot rest on the floor for my feet so I can't tell you much about the foot bar. 7) I like that it rolls fine on my area rug under my computer when not in use.Overall I like the chair and will be making a few upgrades, arm pads and chair memory foam pad for butt comfort and I will be gentle with it in hopes that it does not fall apart in the future. It works for what I wanted it for. I have used it for just 3 days now and I am happier than with my other chair.Measurements: Floor to top of chair pad you sit on is 28", floor back of chair top 47 1/2"

Very Nice Chair
This came well labeled for assembly. Only problem we had was attaching the back to the bottom. It was a VERY tight fit and we had to try and "stretch" it out so the back would fit properly. Once attached, it's no problem. The picture directions were great. Some of the written directions were missing (like a sentence had been cut short), but I'm a visual person, so the pictures made perfect sense. Assembled it in about an hour and it is VERY comfortable.Just be careful not to raise the chair while leaning over it! It raises FAST! LOL. I would buy again!

Perfect Chair for Purpose
I set up my computer on a desk that is meant for standing, but is not adjustable. Therefore, I needed a chair for when I wanted to sit. I looked for quite a while and read so many reviews. Finally, decided on this chair.Very happy with my choice. It was very easy to assemble. I like the movable arms, so it can be pushed completely under the desk when not I. Use. It is quite comfortable even when sitting for long periods of time. The foot bar is wider than most and since it is adjustable, it has helped my legs versus my previous fixed chair.I would have like it to come in white.

Foam in seat cushion is very unconfortable
Took a chance on this chair to replace the old one in my office. I bought upgraded rollerblade style caster wheels to make sure this chair would be dialed in. It assembled very easily and everything went together no problem. The foot rest hoop will not stay in place with that dumb set screw. Luckily I'm tall and it's all the way down so I don't need it to be raised at all, if I did I would never get a chair like this. I love the back rest of the chair. It provides great lower back support and really comfortable. My biggest complaint is the seat cushion foam. I'm 200 lbs and the foam is almost non-existent. My butt compresses the foam all the way down to the hard plastic base as soon as I sit on it. I can only sit on this for 20 minutes at a time before my butt goes numb. Like sitting on plywood. It is going to be way to much of a pain to take it apart, box it up, and send it back for a return. I'm purchasing a seat pad and hopefully it helps with the issue. If you are over 150lbs, stay away from this one. If they just went with a higher quality, more dense foam, this would have been a winner. Boooo.
