I purchased this for my husband and he wears it around the house and poses like an action hero. It's awesome!! The design is really great and the material is really nice. It does run quite small though. If you have ripped abs and amazing muscles get your normal size and it will fit like a second skin. However, if you're human with an American physique I would get it a size or two larger. Regardless it's absolutely worth it to feel like a superhero!!

Made for more as a costume I think, but works well in the gym. I got the XL size it its extremely TIGHT on my skin (I'm 6', 230 lb, with 46" chest and 16" arms and 33" waist). Go up one size if you don't want the "painted on" feeling and afraid to ruin a stitch if you are vigorous in your workouts. Love the designs as people at my gym all enjoyed it.

Why go with a plain color for your first layer/under layer for hiking or activities? Fits as expected (5'10" 195#) no chaffing and good wick abilities.

The size is perfect for a tight shirt to use when one goes running, but if you want it to be an everyday shirt I suggest to go one size up. I use it for exercising and I prefer it tight. Also I'm going to use this to go see the Black Panther movie. It's a perfect cosplay shirt.
