This is a really good mat and is a decent size. Good comfort/padding and comes with a strap to roll it up.

I bought this for my husband who is 6ft 9. He's really happy with it, great length and thickness. Would recommend.

This is a lovely mat. It is almost 7 ft long an approximately 2.5 ft wide. It is nice and thisk at 6mm and this with the ribbed back make it spongy and nice to lie on and non slip. It is also waterproof and cleans well.Rolls well and is not too heavy so easy to carrry. I have used it for an online cardio class and found it stayed well I position even although it contained lots o jumping, It will not be difficult to take to classes when gym opens.

I bought this mat about a month ago and have used it regulary. As a very tall person the extra length is great for me and the mat is comfortable and has good grip.

Update: Upped it 2 stars because they offered full refund.Twice delivered the wrong matt, second time missed the return delivery window so have to keep it now.Second delivered matt in poor condition, looks like not properly stacked.To sum up, a seller with terrible delivery service and poor quality in products.

Good thick mat, which stores easily with the provided straps. Very pleased with it. Size as advertised, very comfortable to exercise on. I'm 6 foot 6 and it suits my needs perfectly.

Great mat that fits my 6'4" frame......I should try to use it more. :)
