great product just not for me. I had an adverse reaction because of my condition of Hashimoto's thyroiditis and I actually gained weight rather than lost it but I know this is a good product for those with the usual issues. Would recommend.

After finishing the course, as directed on the bottle, there was no noticeable loss of weight; maybe 2 or 3 pounds. During this period, weight fluctuated up and down from my starting weight. Therefore, I can only conclude that this product fails to deliver.

did not see any weight loss using this product.....total waste of my money

I have been using this product for over a month now, taking 2 capsules before a meal. I have seen no changes whatsoever, which is a bummer....
