I bought 2 of these and 1 had some pins fall out of it while still in the box.I should have seen this as a sign of the quality and returned both but I installed the second one - only for it to become faulty within weeks: The main barrel just spins and spins and won't lock.This also meant the lock wouldn't disengage to allow it to be removed.Luckily, after a removing the handles and a light few hammer taps it came out - but if not I'd have had an unlockable door along with an expensive call out to get it removed.I bought this for safety features and comparative price to the other brands - sticking to Yale from now on!

This Eurocylinder with internal thumbturn lock replaced my unsafe double-cylinder lock on one of my fire exit doors. It was a direct replacement because I measured the old one first. It is working well and now provides safe, quick exit in case of fire. For security, outside doors with glass panels within reach of the interior thumbturn knob should not be used with this lock. If necessary, secure the door (no easy access panels!) rather than fitting double eurocylinder locks! I believe that this is a legal requirement for main fire exit doors for many residential premises now.

I should have read the reviews! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I purchased this lock and it only lasted 3 months! Thumb turn just spins and will not engage with the lock. Come on Amazon, stop ripping off your customers, take notice of these poor reviews. You try and return a product more than 30 days old and is only sold by Amazon. I can't raise this with the supplier as no details are available, the Chat bot says look at the Warrantee repair policy, HTML link goes, oops sorry there is nothing here for your to read.

Ordered two of these locks. 72mm and 90mm. 72mm is perfect all fitted and working very well but 90mm in the box was actually 80mm and its too short for my door.. unfortunately had to return and not sure if I should order another in case will get different size than a box states again..

Lock thumb screen broke within a few weeks couldn't unlock door from inside, and was locked in.

This is a poorly made lock - the thumbscrew fell off leaving the occupants of the house unable to unlock the door and get out!

Easy replacement.

The thumb wheel seems to be spinning loose and the key will not go in the lock. Only had this since January 2022, so really shocking quality. Reading the large number of reviews now saying the same I want my money back and not a replacement.

Ouverture non pratique coté intérieur par le bouton avec poussoir. Déjà en panne après quelques semaines, impossible d'ouvrir et fermer par le bouton poussoir.J'ai été obligé de le remplacer par une autre marque.
