Very nice and comfortable chair
I upgraded to this ergonomic chair to help with back problems when sitting for long hours on my computer, and it has done great. The lumbar support on the back can be easily moved and adjusted to your liking. The arm height can also be adjusted as needed. You can lock the chair in place when you lean back with the handle on the side that also raises and lowers the chair. The chair assembly was straightforward. The only issue I did have was the screw holding the right arm coming loose once, and I'm certain I tightened it down properly when assembling, but it was an easy fix and hasn't happened again.

A solid chair for the money, I just wish that the recline feature didn't require a manual lock
I've had this chair for about a month now and I like it very much. It replaces an executive office chair that I've had since 2005, and it was just plain wore out. I took it to the curb when one of the wheels broke. I then tried to replace it with a beautiful and expensive office chair that my sister had given to me, however that chair leans heavily to one side. After a week of trying to work from such a chair I found myself developing spinal problems. (oh hell no!). So I was in-the-hunt for an affordable but well made office chair that would protect my body from long hours of office-work.Enter: This Ergonomic Chair.Pro's - Ergonomic as can be. Fully supported back, adjustable height, nice headrest. I feel protected when I sit in it, and although it is not as beautiful as the leather executive chair, it is definitely safer for me. (believe me, sitting in a crappy chair is harder on your body than what you might think).Only 1 Con - The recline feature locks, so that it is not a matter of leaning back and forth when you feel like it (you have to reach down and play with the controls to accommodate a single leaning back event) and having it come back to the neutral position when you are finished with your leaning. My previous chair permitted leaning at will, and it would return to normal when desired, with no complicated adjustment. With this chair if you want to lean back you have to lock it in place manually, and then unlock it manually if you wish to return to its full upright position. I find this unsatisfactory. All in all, a good chair. I'm glad that I got it, except I wish that I'd known about the only con (as stated above).

really nice chair
I bought a couple cheaper chairs on amazon and regretted it almost immediately. One of them was okay but needed a pad after about a month of use. The other one the pad flattened out almost immediately as well as all the screws that held it together stripped out and it was a mess. I was poor so I had to use it for like 8 months and as soon as I got some extra cash together I decided to spend some decent cash on a decent chair. I still couldn't afford the chairs I was looking at but this chair hits 90% of the same marks as those chairs do at a fraction of the price.I'm a fat guy, and this chair is comfortable. It hasn't gone flat and it's beefy and isn't falling apart. That's about as much as I need to know to buy it again. The height is adjustable, the lumbar support adjusts height and depth (though to be honest I wish it went a little higher still), the armrests adjust in height, and the headrest adjusts in height and tilt. If you can't find a comfortable position to sit in this thing then you're either a toddler or an elephant.I saw some reviews where people had gotten a lemon chair, and in the vast majority of those reviews the company replaced it at no cost. My chair did not come with defects. I had a "gaming" chair before this one and it messed up my back so bad that I bought a new bed thinking that was the issue, and when I still had back pain the only thing left to change was my chair. Man I'm glad I did. Even just after 1 day in this chair I was feeling 100% better. It's a little pricier (also way CHEAPER than some of the garbage chairs out there) but it's worth the extra 100 or so bucks to actually be comfortable.

Very Comfy
So far I am enjoying this chair a lot. I ordered this chair on September 27th and received it on October 2nd and I'm very happy with it. For anyone wondering if it'll fit their height, I'm 6"4' and it fits me very well. I sit for hours at a time, and it's still very comfy. The seat is firm and soft and so far has felt a lot better than my old chair. Highly recommend.UPDATE - February 2023Hi this is a little update on the chair for how it’s held up over the past year or so. Still in good condition, but my only two complaints are that I can definitely notice the seat/cushion has started to bottom out. It’s definitely gotten flatter, but it has held up well and isn’t too bad. On the other hand the lower back adjustable rest is hell to deal with. I wanted to see how far it extends but ended up removing it from the chair by accident. And you really can’t put it back into its spot correctly after it’s out. It’s just kinda jammed between the mesh back and the screw spot that it used to go into. And to be fair it has stayed. Overall still a good chair for its price.

Good chair only a few drawbacks for me
Had the chair for about a month and so far so good. Very easy to assemble directions were great. However, not in love with a few things. 1) the headrest doesn't stay locked into it's position once you set it to where you like it. It moves up and down pretty easily so you'll have to keep adjusting it from time to time. 2) The seat either doesn't have enough padding or it takes a while to break in, either way, for me it's not something I can sit on for hours and hours. I'm lucky I have my purple seat cushion from my last chair to make to comfortable. 3) the armrests are good but would be better if they we flat and didn't have ridges to keep your arm straight. I find that if I keep my arms in the track it wants me to, then my hands are too far apart to type on my keyboard. If the arms moved from left to right, the ridges would be a great feature, but in this case they are prohibitive for me.
