Quality product and great value considering quantity

I've been using this for a few months now and my hair is definitely getting better and growing. I have lots of extra hair coming through, I do take it with bamboo silicon suppliment which work together.

My reason for the 4 stars is because the package has practically no information regarding the contents other than saying its biotin. Hardly noticeable printed take one a day.My suggestion would be to reread or read the information in the listing. It might even be worth printing if off for a quick reference should you need it later. I certainly did.As you can see by my photo the tablets are small and easy to swallow and have no after taste. You need to take just one tablet a day.I thought I'd give this brand a try as they were very good value. Much less than I'd normally pay. I have been taking Biotin for about six months now. My nails skin and hair had become in a very poor state. I have varies health conditions plus medication that can cause issues so I thought I'd support my body adding in some vitamins and minerals.Taking Biotin for just about 6 months my nails are no longer flaky and do not break as often. My hair is certainly in much better condition and thicker but still remains dry as does my skin. Have used regularly to help with hair loss due to medication, definitely helps me. As described, arrived quickly and good price.

Great item but it is very dry and even with water, these are hard to swallow

After taking Biotin my hair feels better, nails stronger, all in all l feel re-energised.

I think biotin helps with hair growth amd I feel this product has helped me.

My default brand for this supplement. Won't change until they do.
