This save so much time I do not have to crunch up and food process pork rinds to use for coating when frying, and baking. Wonderful product good taste

Great option to bread crumbs
My Italian husband loves making chicken cutlets with his Italian bread crumbs. Me being on the carnivore diet for my autoimmune disease, used to have him leave the breading off my chicken and just ate it plain. Not yummy. Since using these pork rinds, I almost cant tell the difference between the real bread crumbs and these , without all the carbs and gluten. I can actually enjoy cutlets again, among other things. I even got my husband to try it and admit that it was really good and a great substitute for his crumbs He’s transitioning to the keto diet and said he would actually be ok with switching to these too. You have no idea how amazing that is since he is hardcore about his Italian food. 😂

Tasty gluten free option.
My sister-in-law, who’s a nurse suggested that we get these as a gluten-free option for my wife. What I like about this is that there a tasty option for anything from your chicken or eggplant Parm to putting on a salad to so many different applications that increase the flavor and give just a bit of a crunch, especially for baked products. I highly recommend them. If you have any allergies with pork products, this is not for you.

Great taste compared to other pork rinds.
These are delish, I'm carnivore woe and these are great for coating meats and In meatballs etc. No aftertaste or any weird taste like some.

This product does really well replacing bread crumbs if the food is nice and dry. We really like it.

Keto friendly zero carbs, I make chicken tenders with this panko and honestly it comes out more delicious than gluten panko.

Misleading photos: Read the reviews!
No where in the photos on the listing does it say smoke flavor but it has artificial smoke flavoring added. I didn’t want that. Should have read the reviews. Now I have a product I can’t return and probably won’t use. Lesson learned: wait for the brand you really want, read the reviews and don’t trust product photos
