I'm a knife maker and sharpener as a hobby so I'm very familiar with sharp knives, and this knife has to be about the sharpest thing I've ever seen for a new knife! I'm used to needing to sharpen a new knife right out of the box to get them up to my chef wife's standards, but not this knife! The knife itself is well built, has a nice balance and works extremely well for the price point. Nakiri's take a bit of getting used to because they're so thin, so be careful. For the price this is one heck of a knife!

I got this product on September 19, 2021 for work. The knife is only used for cutting vegetables. The main items for cutting are Celery, Onions, Carrots, Bok Choy, Parships, Shallot; No Meats or frozen items is used with this knife.Even though it started sharp, it will lose the sharpness quickly.The Product is not Stainless at all. Even though I clean it after every use, it started to develop stains as you can see in the pictures. Upon closer inspection, you can see the blade is chipping. I'm not expecting the product to last a lifetime, but is only 53 days since I got it and is only used 5 days in a week, for at least 5 hours per day.Had high hopes for the product, but is a total waste and not worth it.Reaching out to the Seller is a waste of time, they don't care.

Sharp as ever. The cleaver was sharp as ever and cuts thin paper like it was nothing at all. It cut though meats like soft butter and it will cut a finger off if you’re not careful in how ya handle the cleaver. I love how it cuts so easy. It woI’ll serve me always well

I received this knife and I love it! It gets the things done. We as an Asian family have to slice and chop a lot of things for our dishes, this knife is a dream come true. I’ve never felt this easy to cut through materials ever. And it is super easy to clean and it doesn’t smell like whatever it has been cutting. Give it a try and you will love it.

I'm very happy with this knife. It feels like a high quality knife, especially considering the price. It is significantly more sharp than any other knife I own. I wish the company had some other knives available, I wouldn't hesitate to make other purchases.

I have been needing new knifes for a while. I have been looking at different designs. This was the best. The steel is really thick. The handle is easy to hold. The price was really affordable. The size is really handy.
