Can’t speak to longevity, but they work.
I’ve used one of the 40 grit belts, so I’ll generalize in this review. I purchased a Bauer 10amp 4x24 belt sander from Harbor, and these fit perfect. I’m working on a sap filled 16” pine disk so the medium causes the belt to gum up (it would not matter what belt you use), but it cleans up well by using a brass wire brush on the belt while running the sander. The finer the grit the more it will clog, but again that’s with any belt. The paper track material is thick and does not show any signs of separation, and the 4” width helps it track straight. The cost per belt is less than half of any big box belt, and only 70% of the offerings at Harbor, which were thin and no where near the accurate grit density.

Very week glue
I sand around 70-100 cabinet doors a day, and these sanding belts only lasted 7-13 doors per belt. I would imagine they would be amazing once you break in the belt, but you won't get to that point.

Only lasts 30 seconds before breaking
Belts were installed in the right direction. They tracked in the center of the rollers. I started the sander before I placed it on the wood. They all broke at the seam when the belt got warm. One of them shredded and jammed the sander so that it took about 45 minutes to disassemble the sander and get the jammed belt pieces out of it. They simply are a waste of time and money.

They eat wood as they should.
They work great on my belt sander.

Do not buy
Used on my belt sander and every piece snapped as I started sanding. Went through 5 pieces in 5 minutes and ended up putting an old piece of another brand back on. Not happy.

Comes unglued with first use, complete waste of money!
My husband owned a cabinet shop for years, retired now. He said these are the worst sanding belts he has ever purchased. So far, every one of them has come unglued within the first 10 minutes of use. Don’t waste your money! Unfortunately, he did not try any of them within the return window, so we are stuck with them.

Complete garbage. Don't waste your time or money. Should rate them -1 stars.
Stripping a deck w/80 grit. 3M belt lasted for ~130 linear ft of 2x6 railing. I've had 4 of these disintegrate after about 5' each on the rest of the railing. The belt material is joined with what looks like tape. Once the belt gets warm, the tape fails.

Inconstant quality
I bought 4 packs of those sand belt. 2/4 of them was ok and does a great job. The 2 others broke after 5 minutes of sanding. The blue junction between ends is weak for them.So you get a chance of a good or really bad belt.

Garbage, never had so many belts break so quickly.
These belts are garbage and do not last more then 10 mins before snapping. I even went out and bought a quality belt to test my Sander before posting this. It worked perfect for 30 mins, put another on of these back in and snapped in less then 10 mins.

Don't buy these Sanding belts
They work for a while, but fall apart (catastrophically) within a few minutes of use. Other brands do not, so its not the fault of the sander. The belts start to come apart and tend to jam the sander. Do NOT use these. I tried to return an unopened package, but was (sadly) 2 days late and the return window is closed. I will never use Powertec products again.

Belt sand 4x24
Very very poor quality. Four belts split at the seam in the space of half hour. Not recommending these at all
