Easy to install and clear sound. I did have to unplug & replug the receiver after a power glitch; not sure if that's normal. Since "each doorbell receiver can pair with up to 4 push buttons", I thought I'd just buy 2 additional push buttons, but I can't find that option on Amazon at all, nor do I see it at the website listed in the installation instructions that came with the doorbell. I called the support number and they said to look for DES4110R/27 for replacement buttons. Not in stock at Amazon. So...I'll give 5 stars because I received exactly what I ordered, but a little disappointed that expanding it with 2 additional push buttons isn't going to be as easy as I thought. (I ended up buying another entire kit so I could pair 2 more buttons with the first receiver. Hope that works!)

The media could not be loaded. This is perfect for my home. So easy to install. No tools needed. I keep the “inside” chime part on the frig.

Purchased this to replace a different brand wireless doorbell. The other doorbell would occasionally go off without being pushed. I won’t name the other one but it’s black and has a blue led that lights when pressed. Both doorbells are priced about the same.This doorbell doesn’t have a led but it looks nice and so far hasn’t had any false rings. The only reason I didn’t give this doorbell 5 stars is that the indoor unit that plugs into the AC outlet covers both outlets no matter how you orient it. That’s just dumb.

We wanted to replace the original doorbell that came with our 30-year-old condo - it was too loud. This one had all we needed, two rings and adjustable volume. Although pairing instructions came with it, it had been factory paired, so all I had to do was attach the button to the door frame and hang the bell unit. The only difficult part was capping all the original wires. I used two drywall anchors to support the bell and that was it. We have it on the lowest volume and it works perfectly. There are alternative units with lots of different ring patterns but if all you need is a doorbell - this is it.

When I bought my home a few years ago, the built on doorbell did not work. It was wired permanently and I did not have the skills to fix it or rewire it. So, began a series of purchases by me of at lest four or five remote wireless doorbells. They all came with a replacement doorbell and a chime unit that was supposed to attach to an inside wall. ALL of them did not stick to the textured wall surfaces and after about a week or so, the chime units all fell tom the floor. I had a sign I made which said "Please Knock, Doorbell busted". Those signs fell off too. I have been at the mercy of folks who choose to knock,, although, most do it timidly. My dogs bark, so I know there is probably somebody out there. My house is on the large size and I often do not hear the knocking. If I and my dogs are in the backyard or back of the house, I do not know someone is there. In the last 10 days, I have ordered food from DOOR Dash...Because it is cool though to keep the food from spoiling, I often wait a few hours to go to the front porch and take in the food deliveries. TWICE, when I delayed removing the delivery, the stupid "dasher.", who has a ph9ne and y landline phone # called 911 instead of me. The first time, I was on the phone with a friend. Eventually I heard tremendous barking from the dogs and went to investigate...I found TWO sheriff deputies in my garage, with my dogs going nuts. The dogs managed to destroy two antique room boxes with one $2000.00. The sheriffs told me that my garage was messy and I was probabaly going to trip one something die and be eaten by my dogs! This prompted an investigation by Adult Protective Services. I am almost 69, but certainly not decrepit or in need of services.A couple of days ago, it happened again!!!! This time only one sheriff deputy showed up. I explained that I was fine and the MacDonalds' order was a treat for my dogs, so it was still on the porch.... I called the door dash people who did not even acknowledge how intrusive this was. I wanted to know why the dasher chose to call 911? He never knocked! I All this fuss because of my non functional doorbell!! SO, yesterday I got on Amazon and found a wireless remote that has the chime box plugs into an electric outlet. The button part is attached with sturdy foam glue on both sides and seems to be staying in place. I tested it and it WORKS!!! Thank you Amazon for a timely delivery and a remote doorbell designed to stay in place!! I have never seen another model like this before. ALL the other have the chime with velcro that will not stick to textured indoor walls!! ten stars!!!!
