662 XL Replacement for HP 662XL Ink Cartridges Black and Color CZ105AL CZ106AL for HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2545 2546 2645 2646 3515 3516 Printer (1Black/1Tri-Color, 2PK)

I am using this ink as replacement in an older HP 2545 printer,for which HP no longer supplies any ink.After having this printer unused for the last 5 years (or even more),I decided to give it a trial before binning it,only to find HP has stopped supplying 662 ink.Shopping around and reading reviews on Amazon,I went for this,I was not expecting a great product based on some of the negative reviews,but…. this ink exceeded all of my expectations.They arrived nicely packaged.each cartridge sealed and shrink wrapped,both fitted nicely into one box.The chip areas were well protected and the box even included a small eraser to clean the chip if you experienced a problem with contacts.As a matter of fact I spent more time figuring out how to remove the protective plastic shield over the cartridge than the time it took to fit them😊.Once inserted the printer recognised them as HP cartridges and we were good to go.The pages I tried all looked as good,if not better than a current newer model printer using expensive HP ink.I have no problem recommending this ink to anyone looking for 662 ink.*****Disclosure******I bought this ink as an Amazon customer,I was not asked or offered any reward by the seller to do a review.I am impressed by the quality of this product,hence my honest opinion,hoping to help someone looking for this ink.

Long story: I bought an HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3545 printer while living in Panama about 10 years ago. It still works well but I needed more ink. Inside the printer is a label indicating I should use HP's 662 cartridges. I went to HP's site, couldn't find 662 cartridges, but did find HP 67XL black and tricolor cartridges recommended for the 3540 printer (closest to mine I could find). I bought them directly from HP for $56.69 but, when I installed them, my HP printer said they were "incompatible," so I called HP, and was told that my printer was too old and that HP no longer sold cartridges for it, but I could get a good price on a brand new HP printer. I asked the rep if he'd ever heard the term "forced obsolescence," and declined his offer. Then I came to Amazon, searched, and found HOTCOLOR's offer of "Remanufactured Compatible Ink Cartridges" substitutable for HP 662 cartridges, total cost $35.58. Worth a try. Just installed them. They work perfectly. HOTCOLOR, Thank you! HP, you just lost a customer!

It’s easy and well replaced

I don't use it much, I just installed it like 1 month ago and now I got an error, the printer cannot communicate with the cartridge, so I need to replace it again.

Good quality for the money and print quality.!Unfortunately HP is not allowing me to print because is not an original HP product. So I can’t print.

It printed to my acceptance.

This item that I purchased , worked in a printer that was very useful to someone special. Will continue to purchase this ink in the future.
