This is a well made product and I like the idea of a cleaning side combined with a squeegee edge.Unfortunately the squeegee edge is inadequate. It’s far too thick and too short, so you really have to press it hard against the window surface. It’s too stiff to maintain good scraping contact with the window so it leaves streaks or completely disengages with the surface.I want to love this product but I don’t. 😕

Lroduct works as advertised. Ae to wash first story windows with no problems. Squeege works well. Cloth pad get dirty easily and will need to be rinsed out several times if doing more then three or four windows. The cloth sticks onto the pole, but adhesion surface could be better engineered. I.e. I had to pull of the pad several times and recenter it on the pole.

I purchased this for specifically cleaning the walk in shower that was newly installed. I needed length for height of shower and thought the attachment would scrub it down. Not so much. It was curved, which in itself, would be fine, however, the pole that connects to the washer, does not bend at all. So cleaning was a disaster. It’s nicely made and sturdy, just wasn’t what I so badly needed. If the connection swiveled, it would have been perfect for me. Value wise, it’s great. I just needed something different.

I made the mistake of buying black gloss ceramic tile for my kitchen floor. It shows everything. I tried the PVA mop and other standard mops but always needed to use a squeegee over the floor to prevent a Milky film look and streaks. This all-in-one helped and it's easy to clean the microfiber cloth by pulling it off the velcro, washing it and putting it back on.

This is an awesome product. The pad is this I enough and textured enough to get the job done. The squeegee is wide enough and sturdy enough to do a great job. The handle is sturdy is not flimsy at all. I highly recommend getting this for house windows . I have only used it for those, but am sure it would work no problem on other glass. If you are on the fence, just buy it. It is great.

To be fair I should have read more carefully. I have some really tough windows where I have to "lean outside" to get them.I needed a product like this that swivels on the end so I can get all the way into the corners. This doesn't.Still, it's a good product - just not what I should have bought.
