These coasters have arrived, the quality is awful. I don't have time now before Christmas for a replacement or reorder. The wood has serious blemishes in it. The engraving/etching is very poorly done, dark in some spots and light in others. I'm embarrassed to give this as the gift I intended. I've sent a message to the seller so we'll see where that goes. I'm SO disappointed.

I ordered as a wedding gift. Super personalized with couple’s names & wedding date. They arrived timely but the coloring of each coaster was off and all were different. I sent customer service a photo & explained the issue. They quickly responded, apologized for the miscoloring & sent another set of coasters within a few days. Coloring was better but still not perfect. Being handmade I think they’ll always be a bit off (and not perfect) But it’s such a beautiful/personalized gift to go with wine goblets I also got the couple…I think they’ll love the personal touch with their names and wedding date on the coasters when they share a glass of wine!
