Bailar En La Cueva is a more rhythmic and dance oriented album than Drexler's previous works, where here he takes more risks than ever with the vision of this project. The album was recorded in Bogota, Colombia in collaboration with Colombian musicians alongside Mario Galeano (Frente Cumbiero) and also in Spain with his original band members. The album includes the track "Bolivia" which features a special participation of Brazilian singer/guitarist CAETANO VELOSO. Drexler's objective with Bailar En La Cueva is to reach his traditional audience with his style of music and expand it a step further styles and rhythms from other Latin American countries, such as Colombia. Eleven new recordings are featured on Bailar En La Cueva.

Saw him in the city a couple of years back, Drexler has a unique style! Another great one from Uruguay, second only to Alfredo Zitarrosa.

Jorge Drexler no termina de reinventarse. "Bailar En La Cueva" es a mi parecer un disco totalmente diferente a lo que había hecho hasta este momento, sin embargo eso es lo que lo hace una joya.

Jorge Drexler me encanta, tengo todos sus discos, y lo he visto en concierto varias veces. Este disco tiene canciones buenas, pero otras...que no tanto. Imagino que es lo que tiene innovar y explorar melodias. Aun así lo volvería a comprar, pero ha tenido discos mejores

Muy buen album . Ingenioso. Creativo y reactivo .Pensado para bailar,pero sin perder el hilado fino que siempre Jorge Drexler le pone a sus canciones.Letras exquicitas,sonidos deliciosos y una galeria de ritmos.Recomendable.Un disco para guardar y regalar....y Bailar en la Cueva
