Good construction with a very good finish, all parts seem to be to a high standard, took about 30 mins to remove old tap and install new one . No leaks and wife very happy money well spent

Disappointing
The media could not be loaded. Had to return as leaking from the base of the mixer spout

Like the way it looks central flow bit stiff at first but seems sturdy and well made

Buy cheap, buy twice (not just the tap, but the plumber to fit it)
Lasted best part of a couple of weeks before water started leaking from where the base of the spout meets the body of the tap (see photo). Returned to Amazon for full refund. There is a near identical tap available online at Victoria Plum for £39.99 which (so far) is not leaking.

Cheap fitting not sure if its WRAS approved or water regs compliant
The backplate is poor, it started to bend when I tightened it, so i then went and bought a new one. I’m not even sure if the tap is wras approved nothing on the instructions to say its compliant to Water Regulations, i have advised the customer and they will be taking it up with the company.
