Excellent quality
Arrived on time, in very good resealable package. Very tasty and not at all dry. Good for use in cooking or in snacking. Absolutely no problems, would recommend and buy again.

Supplied in huge plastic bag!
Dates are great, but the bag they came in would fit about 30kg in, not 3kg. As I'm trying to minimise plastic use - it feels like a huge waste, and not easy to store in my cupboard either.

The product was significantly underweight
My wife thought the product quality was good but the package was 350g underweight.

Good product, sensible packaging.
There's always a slight concern when buying large quantities that the quality may be lower than smaller retail packs but the bag I received is fine. The dates are sweet, the chop is even, and no issues with bits of husk, stones or other contaminants.The bag the dates come in is quite robust and resealable so it could be used to keep the product in for several months if you don't have suitable containers to transfer to.
