Butcher Knife

I gave this knife as gifts to my sons. They loved them! Great for chopping up smoked meat!

Great balanced knife

This knife performs as well as it looks. The edge was sharp from day one and the knife is well balanced. The construction is sturdy. My wife TRIED to make it her knife for in the garden.

I purchased this knife bundled with a pair of kitchen shears. I figure, for the price, what's the harm, right? I keep going back to make sure what price I paid for this, as this is a really nice knife for what you pay. The steel is probably close to or just under ¼" thick. It is a full tang blank. The handles are dressed flush with the steel and nicely rounded and tapered. The finger hole in the blade is nice and let's you choke up on the knife for added control. I was prepared to be disappointed but just the heft of the knife when I took it out of the box was enough to impress me. As for the box, it is a very well made box and would be perfect for presentation as a gift. The size of the blade left me pleasantly surprised as well as I was expecting a smaller blade. The weight and feel of this thing is just comfortable in the hand. I'm not sure what happened with those that are saying theirs wasn't sharp, but mine was sharp enough to take the hair off of my arm right out of the box. I'm looking forward to using this knife on a regular basis in the future, and am happy enough that I have already started shopping other knives made by this company.

This was a christmas gift, we loved the quality and design soo much that we use it alot in the kitchen, it Great for chopping and durable. We had to buy a second one for all the chopping we do in the kitchen. We had this for 2 years now and is still working great.

Gets the job done

Good looking knife with sheath. Price nice, Balance nice, not very sharp. Bought a honing rod and will most likely have it professionally sharpened before I begin using it in my kitchen

This knife is just perfect for your kitchen. I gifted it to my son and he uses it in the kitchen, for going hunting to clean his prey, and cutting up the prey as well. He also uses it to scale fish! Amazing knife!
