Slips on easily
My pt uses these at the end of our session. I had to get them as I continue my pt sessions at home. They slip onto your foot like a donut, no slipping off. Be aware that they are super cold if you have them in the freezer. I keep them in the middle refrigerator drawer of my frig. Works better
