It takes a minute to get the game rolling, but once you start playing, everyone catches on super fast and it is actually pretty simple. There is enough strategy involved that the winner won't be determined by chance but there is also an element of luck involved which helps to even the playing field a little bit. We loved the betting aspect of the game; when there is a "fight" one player throws the glove at another player from across the room. Those not involved in the "fight" can bet on the outcome of the fight for extra points and it gets intense! This is one of those games you can go round after round and still not get bored.I highly recommend giving this game a try. Super fun to play with any group! The artwork on the cards and the game is witty and well thought-out. I will definitely be trying other games from this company!

This was a great game to play with family and friends! It was really quick and easy to learn. The art was enjoyable and it was fun to throw the little punching glove at others. Everyone that we played with seemed to enjoy it! We will totally be bringing this along with us to every game night! Would totally recommend it!

This game is tons of fun! Very unlike anything I’ve ever played. It adds a whole new element with the throw a punch or contender cards where you literally throw a soft mini boxing glove across the room to try and hit the person you are matching. It is quite hilarious, and more action packed than your typical card game. I do recommend playing as you read the directions as it was a little confusing to try to understand without physically seeing what everything means. The directions are a little long, but once you get the hang of it it’s pretty simple and tons of fun!!

This was a really fun game for a family with older kids (12 and 8). I was hesitant about the game because the box said “punch your friends”, but that really means a chance to throw a boxing glove at other players and that was definitely the most fun part!I would recommend taking a few minutes to read through all of the instructions before you play. There are quite a few different cards that activate different actions for the game and the game will move more quickly if you have a general idea of what each card means. The different actions offered enough variety to keep the game interesting, even for an 8 year old. The opportunities to throw the glove broke up the card play nicely. The fact that when two players were battling with the glove, other players could bet on the outcome of the throw was a fun twist. Once the game gets going, it moves pretty quickly. It took us about 30 minutes to make it through one game.The only reason I didn’t give the game 5 stars is the packaging. The cards don’t fit well into the designated space in the box.

I run the board game club at my school, and the students tested the game out as part of the club. The enjoyed the artwork and all of the peripherals, and once they figured out the rules they enjoyed it. The only real complaint they had were that the rules weren't written very clearly. Other than that, they suggested it'd be a solid game for families.

I bought this game, thinking that my boys would love being able to throw things at each other without getting in trouble. I was right! This game is very fun, once you figure it out. The first time we played, it was a little rough. There are a ton of instructions, teaching about many different kinds of cards. The instructions cover ALMOST everything. We found a few scenarios that weren't covered, so we made up our own rules. It's a quick, fun, active game once you get the hang of it. Enjoy!
