Incendere is the perfect accessory to have always at hand. In just seconds, you can switch from an unpleasant odor smelling environment to a nice and relaxing atmosphere. It is composed of the following components: - Catalytic Lighter: high quality lighter with a valve to charge it with butane gas. - Butane Gas: the catalytic lighter must be loaded with butane gas following the instructive paper steps. Butane gas is not included in the product. - Incense capsule: the capsule is located on top of the igniter and once opened you can introduce the amount of incense to be used. - Incense: imported Indian incense comes with the product. The Incendere is designed to be used with all kind of incense.

If you like burning resin incense, but hate the billowing smoke, burning smell and mess of charcoal, this item is for you. It is very easy to use, and delivers the goods just as pictured. But I gave the Incendere only four stars for the following reasons. First, the chamber in which the resin (or wood chips) go is simply a stainless still mesh over the flame. There is no inner cup for the incense, meaning debis from burning either woods or resins will in time accumulate in the flame chamber (which is below the incense chamber). But it's pretty easy to remedy this by cutting tiny squares of aluminum foil to press into the incense chamber to keep this from happening. Second, the top of this device becomes VERY VERY HOT quite quickly - no surprise, given the way it works, but something to keep in mind. And finally, the "on" button is not a simple on/off switch: you have to hold the button down the entire time you want incense to burn -- no "set and forget." Given the small size of the incense chamber, this makes some sense, but it would be good for the item description to explain this. I would definitely purchase this again, though, now knowing what I know!

Product didn’t work when i got it was very disappointed!

Hi,I bought this product expecting a whole lot. I brought the butane and everything from before hand. After filling it up multiple times, it failed to work. I lost $16 (Butane + Product) and was extremely disappointed by this product. On top of that, I was looking for a website or email to contact them and there wasn't any.
