I've been taking this for about 3 weeks now every morning, and it hit me about three days ago, I reached up to get something off my shelf above my workbench and I paused for a second because I was like..."wait, that didn't hurt my shoulder", I realized the pain isn't there anymore so it's not something I'm always thinking about. so yeah, I'm gonna be purchasing more.
