It remains delicious and happily unadulterated by shreds. Mmmm.

I have tried several of these Robertson's Golden. They all have great flavor but, sadly, the firmnes (consistency) varies too much. When they arrived, the temperature of the jars were a little warm but not hot. There was a lot of liquid along with very soft jelly. It was too wet to spread. After refrigerating, the consistency was more like flavored gelatin and was very difficult to spread evenly. This was unlike any other jam, jelly, fruit spread, or marmalade I have ever tried.

I love this brand marmalade but was disappointed with the product when it arrived because it was pure liquid. It must have been sitting on the delivery truck all day and because of the Florida head it turned it all to liquid. I have placed the product in the fridge and still after 24 hours it still has not fully solidified. I am hoping that when I do come to try it that it has not altered the flavor of the product.
