Tilley Men's Sun Hat

I bought this hat for kayaking. It has super ventilation and fits very well. It has straps that can stay at the back behind your head or for windy weather can be put under your chin. I will also use it as a rain hat.

I just received this hat so this is just my first reaction. First of all the fit is very good and it is nice and light...I'm really happy about that. My issues are (1) the color is not the khaki I expected but has a greenish tint to it. Maybe it was my misunderstanding but the picture does not match the product. (2) The other minor issue is that I wish the chin strap had a clasp to hold the straps rather than having to tie the strings together. I seem to have a hard time finding a hat that fits well so I will put up with these minor drawbacks.

I ordered a new winter Tilley hat because I lost mine and simply cannot go without it. The Tilley hats offer the best possible protection to one’s head and face against the sun. I also have a Tilley summer hat that I adore. I used to buy them directly from Tilley but they do not ship to Israel so I was both delighted and relieved to find it on Amazon.

The hat meets all the expectations in regard to comfort, fit, quality and warranty aspects. i would certainly recommend the hat to all campers, bushwalkers and people like me who have had cancer and need head protection through thinning hair due to trearements

Have bought Tilley hats for my husband for years. Bought this one for myself although I purchased based on the measurements on the guide on Tilley's website. I am returning this hat due to it being too tight and also the brim is smaller than I though I need. So will purchase one with a larger brim and size. Hat is lightweight, has a strap to keep it tight on your head should a wind pick up..

Brim much narrower than identical model hat being replaced. Does not look anywhere as good.
