Stuffies Digger The Dog

Very very,cute, well made. Fabric is good quality, and really soft. Seams seem (pardon the pun!) strong, zippers were well sewn &, good quality. Soft cover book is just OK - for maybe an eight year old, but way too detailed to keep a younger child's attention. Strong moral message, but probably not too interesting for a younger child. Digger is soooo cute! Bought for a 2 yr old, am sure that he's going to be loved very much. Pocket idea is just great! Pockets in all four feet, one large one on his belly, and the mouth is one LARGE pocket too! All perfect places for little one's treasures & trinkets, possibly pjs too! . Buy one.. you wont be sorry! In fact, buy a couple.... they are really good quality -something thats hard to come by lately. Very happy with this product. 5 stars for this one! I dont take the time to do very many reviews, but had to for this one. Its really a superior product.

My son asked for this as a birthday present, and liked the idea of being able to hide toys and such in the compartments. He also was excited about the "free gift" that was to come inside him. It's a cute idea, and he likes how soft he is. However he was somewhat disappointed that the compartments for hiding things are small, and the "free gift" that was included was just a small set of 4 stickers. A bit of a let down.

Ever since my 3-year old son saw the Stuffies commercial, Digger is all he wanted for Christmas. Any time anyone asked him what he wanted, he would say "The Stuffie dog". That was it. I almost didn't get it for him, but then realized he would have been super disppointed after that's what he asked Santa for. So, Santa brought him Digger, and he was so so happy. I'm happy with the quality; Digger is really soft and snuggly, and seems to be put together well. The zipper that closes the mouth is holding up well so far, and of course there are tons of little pockets for treasures to be tucked away. Digger came with a story book that I haven't read yet, and some stickers. Santa brought Sky the Giraffe for my 6-year old daughter, and she loves it too! The Stuffies make great gifts; you really can't go wrong.

I was quite surprised by the quality of this dog. I honestly didn't expect it to be as well made as it was. I purchased this for my son for his birthday as he was anxious to have it. He absolutely loves it. The dog features many "hidden" pockets to allow children to be creative and place toys in the pockets. My son thinks the idea behind this "stuffed animal" is amazing because he can take his special toys and hide them from his younger sister so she can't find them and play with them lol. It also comes with a book which is an awesome added bonus. Overall this is an excellent toy for both boys and girls. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Digger was given to our 5 1/2 y.o. grandson at the same time his brother (3 y.o.) received Bravo. (Refer to my review of Bravo.) This dog was asked for as a gift, and the delight was observable. First comment, "He is so big and soft." Stuffies ARE two armsful of softness. Immediately, he began to search for the hidden pockets. Five were easy, one was zippered, and the 7th was a challenge even though a quarter was hidden in it. He also, fed his dog's zippered cavity all the small toys that could be put in it. Just whose idea this was (oldest or youngest boy) we do not know, but both Stuffies came out of the bedroom front-heavy and stuffed with Lincoln Logs, Tinker Toy parts, die-cast cars, etc. The boys played for an hour and a half with their own Stuffie. Both Stuffies became sleep companions and accompanied the boys to morning routines. They even rode with the boys to a State Park. Stuffies are just about everything promised in their retail promotions. We do not find that the largest pocket cavity will hold pajamas, but that will vary with just what a child wears and the bulk of it. With the youngest child the story book will require a scant few vocabulary substitutions to make it best understood. I cannot feature any kid not having fun with a Stuffie.

Much better quality than I was expecting. My granddaughter wanted this for Easter so I got it with low expectations, but I was wrong. Excellent quality and soft plush. Not cheap like the ones won at the fair. She loves it, I am pleased and no buyers remorse here. I got the white lion for my grandson and it is so beautiful- so plushy and pretty white. Actually the lion was my favorite of the 2, the white plushy fur was so beautiful, but the dog is soft and just as cute.

It's a great idea having a fun toy that can also hide/store things. I purchased this thinking it would be great to take on travels or in the car. The pockets are tiny. In fact the animal is smaller than appears on TV. It's cute and my daughter likes it. But even she commented on how it was smaller than advertised.

It was really a cute idea; a place where kids can keep their little "treasures" (and we all had them). I loved it, and I think that my two year old great nephew was very intrigued by it. Of course, it didn't compare with the battery-powered racing car that my brother got him for Christmas, but then, I would not have expected it to! Especially since his daddy and my brother were more excited by the car, and passed that excitement on to Bryce. I believe that Digger will "grow" on Bryce, and will become more important to him as he collects little items that he holds as "special". In fact, Digger might become one of his amusing childhood memories as time goes on. I'm very glad that I got this for him, and I think that Digger will be around for a long time to come. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get their young child something unusual that has a twist!
