**Q: Has anyone ever figured out how to repair this product? Mine just stopped working completely but I can't find anything physically wrong with it?**
A: No idea how to repair it, since it's a chinese product that has been resold under the "Bili" brand name.
 Mine is still working one year later, so best of luck, dude.

**Q: How much of the product's functionality works with a Linux operating system?**
A: Good Evening. The BiLi Pro Foot Mouse is compatible with the following Operating System: MS Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP, Vista & Windows &.  Apple OS X10.3 and later.  It doesn't appear to be compatible with Linux.  Thank you

**Q: How can I use this product with my iPhone 7**
A: It can be used with Windows, Mac and an Ipad.  I don't believe it connects to an iPhone at this time.

**Q: Does this come with a pad to use the mouse on.  There is an identical (non-Prime) product page on amazon that shows it with this pad but this one does not.**
A: Yes, it has a pad.
