We just completed a major bathroom remodel and used this mixing valve in one of the showers. Unlike the other mixing valve this one was very easy for the construction team to rough-in and place at the correct depth allowing for the hardy back and finish tile that had yet to be installed. The enclosed unit is sturdy, the chrome cover and lever look very upscale. Guests have no difficulty figuring out the simple operation and have been very complimentary of the whole shower.

I am new at installing a shower, and the directions leave something to be desired: Eg. "In order to avoid scalding productions from high temperature which came from bathroom calefactive wiring, it is suggest [sic] that the fixing place should be 1 meter distance from it..." "Please keep to clean the product with neutral washing liquor usually" It also advises me to 'open the valve widdershins.' The product looks very nice, but so far it is a mystery as to how to mount it and I can find no clear instructions.Also note that the other reviews so far posted, are only for the shower head, not the mixer valve.

Beautifully made and the trim is gorgeous, but I couldn't get it to pass water. It has backflows on both sides, but even without them it chokes up. I regrettably returned mine.

Looks great once installed. It came with all the adapters needed to make it work with imperial piping. The face plate is a little thin and feels a bit cheap, but over all I am very happy.

I was looking for a quality product at a reasonable price with ability to reliably switch between bath and shower streams and no leaking diverters. This product is it - with a single handle you can control the flow and a mix (the handle tilts and rotates), and it uses a ceramic ball valve inside for longevity (I did not disassemble it, but I tend to believe as it moves very smoothly). Note that it is a mixer, but not a thermal balancing valve, but it is OK for me. The manufacturing and packing quality is very good, it is made of brass and the only plastic (nylon) is the handle stem like it is in my other faucets. I was unable to find anything of similar quality/price/performance in local stores and online.The only unintuitive point - the diverter handle is marked as "large shower/small shower", while the valve body says that the lower stream goes into the "tub" and the upper stream goes to "shower" - which is exactly the application for which I bought it...My installation was not too easy because my old valve (Moen) was soldered to copper pipes, and this one is threaded. One could easily use 1/2" threaded compression copper adapters found in any home improvement store once the soldered pipes were cut. The treaded installation should be very easy.

I bought two of this in 2018 and I love how it looks. Now one shower is working just fine. The other one stopped passing water. I just asked a question to see if I can get a part. The part is where you connect the handle. For some reason it doesnt let the water go by. Everything is tile so hopefully I dont have to replace more than just that little piece. I rate this half because one work and the other one doesnt.

Love the quality of this Shower Valve! Very Modern and well made.

Just installed this a day ago and it’s leaking from the interior of the valve. We are now looking for a replacement.The metal is great quality and while there is a brand logo in the handle I don’t mind it.I’m outside the return window. Really unhappy about that.
