Great solution
Such a great solution to our leaking toilet, I don’t know how we didn’t do this sooner. Easy to replace (do re-watch a couple of YouTube videos to really get it)

An easy fix.
Very happy with these. Arrived in genuine OEM packaging with the addrd bonus that they are not the black rubber ones as pictured but are updated silicone type so should last much longer. Took a couple of minutes to swap over and work perfectly.

Does the job and stopped the leak straightaway
Time will tell how long it will last. The original ones that came with the installation have lasted 10 years, started leaking and appeared crumbly when removed. Replacing is a doddle, so wouldn't complain even if it sees me through the next 5 years.

Not suitable
These are too stiff to seal, unlike the genuine Ideal Standard part which is much more flexible.

Fix that overflowing toilet!
These are the original part, and from what I can tell, are the main reason the conceala cisterns overflow in the pan, so try this before changing the whole flush mechanism! Easy to fit in less than a minute (with the instructions included). I will be keeping one in my spares drawer in the garage at all times.
