AIVA Ceylon Cinnamon - Excellent Quality and Price!
I went to order more AIVA organic Ceylon cinnamon and saw that this brand is not currently available; I do hope that Amazon will stock this item again. The alternative selection of organic Ceylon cinnamon on Amazon is much more expensive, and Ceylon is not easily found in grocery stores. Most cinnamon available in stores is cassia, not Ceylon, which are from different trees. I discovered that Ceylon has great health benefits, whereas cassia can cause problems. I suggest reading up on cinnamon for yourself, there are some people that should be careful ingesting it, especially in high quantities.
