I ordered this for pain and discomfort in my elbow joint and am pleased to say that after two days wear, the joint is much easier and more comfortable.

Fantastic workout and it’s good quality

I have chronic arthritis and need support that is comfortable enough to wear all day. Just what I need for my bad days.

The construction of the sleeve is satisfactory. The blend of materials provides reasonable compression, offering support without overly restricting movement. While it conforms well to the elbow's contours, I found the level of compression to be on the moderate side.The antislip feature, while present, doesn't quite live up to the hype. The silicone lining helps keep the sleeve in place to some extent, but I did experience occasional slippage during more intense activities. This required periodic adjustments, which can be distracting during a workout.Breathability is a notable positive aspect of this sleeve. The fabric allows for decent ventilation, preventing excessive heat buildup during extended wear. However, the overall comfort level could be improved, especially during longer and more intense workouts.Versatility is where the AVIDDA sleeve shines. It provides consistent support across various activities, from weightlifting to yoga. Its utility extends beyond injury prevention, making it suitable for enhancing overall performance.Recovery benefits are modest. While the compression may aid in reducing minor swelling, the sleeve's impact on post-exercise soreness is not as pronounced as I had hoped.

I play tennis a lot and my elbows started hurting so I looked online for something to suppot and found these - they are amazing ! look great, comfy and have the support I need so my elbows dont hurt so much when I have them on. I ordered S in black and pink, they fit perfect though for the pink one would probably size up to M as it felt a bit tighter (and I have pretty skinny arms). It could be good to order both sizes to see how you feel, as some might prefer it tighter.In any case, highly recommend this product - and the customer service is top! very quick delivery and answered my questions super promptly, more than 5 stars for that ! thank you:)

Not one for usually turning to supports but after injuring my arm from over exercising, I was told to seek one which would aid me in continuing my training, whilst providing support and preventing further injury.I have to say that this product has helped me no end. Its tight but not so much its too uncomfortable. Offers great support when I do my training (mainly bodyweight exercises) and isn't uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone that needs a bit of support to relieve elbow discomfort.

I'm dead fat and have massive arms so rest assured if it fits my arm the XL should fit yours. I can't pull it totally up onto the elbow as it starts to pinch me bingo wings but it's comfy where it is. I think if it didn't have the grippy tape stuff on the inside it wouldn't be so bad. It's better than nothing, pain relief wise but still doesn't beat a simple tubular bandage for consistent compression (top tip btw). I had to buy some new bandages the other day after I made the mistake of not taking it off when grooming the dog and ending up looking like I'd transplanted some blokes forearm onto mine and this arrived quicker so I got both so I can use this for a couple of days until my bandages arrive.

Measured for correct fit. Works well.
