I liked the product always but I am thoroughly impressed by the customer care from Borolin. Let me expand. I bought 2 100gm packs of Borolin creme through Amazon which totalled to 400 rupees ( including shipping). I was shocked when I received a 86 rupees worth of a Suthol spray instead. I found that the product was non returnable. Being justifiably frustrated, I posted a negative feedback. That was 4 days back. I was amazed when two senior officials from Borolin visited me today and not only did regret the incident but also personally handed over the product I ordered. They explained how the intermediaries (shipping companies) are duping the customers by changing the product from within the packages and thereby tarnishing the image of Borolin. This is prompting the end customers having a wrong impression about the company. I am glad to know that Borolin is taking a few quick measures to alleviate the situation. My sincere thanks to the Borolin management for setting this right.

This cream many corns & crackers of my leg after I started using it. I need to take cotton dip it in water clean dust of my leg then use dry towels apply this cream. After it I just wear socks for few seconds then take them out use & go to sleep but I remain careful & use slipper entire night.

Old is gold.... at least for this product. Boroline doesn't need a review. It's quality with antiseptic properties is excellent. No strong fragrance makes it all the more likeable. Very good for dry skin. I use it after shave also... All round the year.
