Product arrived exactly on time and in great shape. Our older printer
Product arrived exactly on time and in great shape. Our older printer, an HP 4100tn, performed well for 12+ years but was showing signs of wear and tear. Our new M506x appears to be performing better than the unit it replaced. We are pleased both the the execution of the order by the vendor as well as the product.

Almost Junk.
One problem or the other. Issues with power supply and always jamming. Much problem. I paid a lot for it thinking it was a new printer. surprise, surprise. Most printers sold by Amazon are always sub standard.

HP's M506x is a Winner!
Excellent so far. I use this in a high traffic, automotive dealership. The printer has met our needs and we are now ordering a second one for a separate location.

Plastics stink but the printer is a fine unit.
As with almost all HP printers, there's some very very cheap plastic parts on this. Some of the higher end products, and heck some of their wicked low end products have some better trays than this has. But... it works. And it's fast. So I'm not complaining. Just waiting for them to up their game on the plastics. This is in a government office. Printing Hundreds of marriage certificates, dog licenses etc. They're very satisfied.

I can't get AirPrint to work! Other than that, it's a good printer.

it's a great printer. Quick print speed
If the paper levels in tray 2 get any lower than 1/4, and you print a job more than 10 sheets long, the paper creases and the ink doesn't set properly. I've tried everything to fix this and can't seem to find anything online about other people having this problem. Otherwise, it's a great printer. Quick print speed, toner life is pretty good.

This printer is perfect for a small business
This printer is perfect for a small business. Prints fast and has minimal warm up time. The only con is that the toner is quite expensive.

I'd give this 0 stars if I could. The ...
I'd give this 0 stars if I could. The software is absolutely horrendous. If I'm able to get this software working temporarily, it defaults back to factory settings which don't correspond to the settings you put into the printer itself. I have spent more on my IT person trying to get it working correctly than on the printer itself.
