Burnt (2015) - BLURAY, Digital HD [Blu-ray]

I just watched this movie last night and absolutely loved it! Bradley Cooper and Sienna Miller do another great job together. This movie is about a young teenager (Adam Jones) who succeeded early in life and had everything he could ask for, but unfortunately he fell in a bad way and lost everything. After several years of soul searching Adam finally realizes that he wants to get back to his old self and wants to get a 3 star restaurant and have the best restaurant in the world. Can he do it or will his past catch up with him? I don't want to say anymore because I would just spoil the rest of this movie. I guarantee you this is a good movie though. The cast is great and some of the stuff said throughout this movie is just absolutely hilarious! I highly recommend this movie to everybody who likes a dramedy.

Good movie

I purchased this movie for my husband as a Christmas present. He had started watching this movie on the plane of a recent vacation we took, but the flight was so short, he did not finish watching it. I checked local stores for the movie, such as Target and Walmart, but neither store carried it. When I saw Amazon had it and at a great price, I immediately added it to my cart and purchased it. We watched the movie in its entirety on Christmas morning and he was very happy!

I love this movie I am a cook and if you wanna see chefs cooking at the highest level possible watch this. This movie made me want to leave the cafe I was working at to go on and make better food and I’ve been moving forward every since.

Fantastic movie. Cooper does an excellent job in this role. I’d highly recommend this, especially for those that are into The Culinary Arts.

Burnt was a marvel. I am a fan of good well told stories and culinary movies (Chef, Ratatouille) and this certainly did not disappoint. Brad's performance is masterful. And oh yes, the food! The crystal clear imagery!! They were as much the highlight of the movie as the stars and the storyline.

This movie was wonderful! Had a good storyline with actors who played there rolls extremely well. It shows some ins and outs of potential or five star restaurants and the tension in the kitchens. It also shows someone dealing with drug and alcohol addiction and getting through it! Kudos on the story!
