Switched to the Contour Next from an older ReliOn meter, and the difference is huge. This one’s way more accurate — readings are much closer to what I get at the doctor’s office. Super easy to use, and the app is actually useful, not just fluff.I’d suggest grabbing the Level 1 and Level 2 control solutions (sold separately). This is so simple to use and I love that it automatically uploads to the app so I don't have to track my numbers. This is the only glucose meter ive ever owned so I can't do comparisons for you. I do not have diabetes but I do have an unconventional diet, so wanted to see how my blood sugar was reacting to consumption. Worked well enough for my purposes.

Love that everything to get started is in one kit. We recently needed to get one according to dr’s orders and this kit made it easy to add to cart once versus adding 3-4 different items. Once we tried it and liked it, we went to purchase the refill packs. It also connects to the app on your phone to make it easy to keep data.

Before this, I tried OneTouch, Keto Mojo, and the CVS glucometer—none of them came close to matching lab values like this one does.For those managing gestational diabetes, having readings as precise as possible is essential to ensure the baby’s health and avoid hypoglycemia in the mother. This is by far the most accurate option available on the market.It’s hard to believe it’s sold at such an affordable price. The only small downside is its slim, stick-like design, which makes it easy to slip out of a bag. But other than that, this glucometer is the best protection a mom and baby could ask for.

This is great. Very small / the entire kit is the size of a can of soda.It links to the app on my phone and seamlessly into my Apple Health account.It has a port to recharge it so it won’t just die and have to be tossed.Looks expensive but it a very good value for what it is.It comes with lancets and test strips (20 & 20 I believe.) The brand is easily available at any pharmacy so the test strips should be easy to find when out.I am pre-diabetic with a cousin and brother 4 years older than me that are on insulin. This monitor is going to help me keep a check on my glucose to try and push off diabetes as many months / years as I can.Updating detail - when you take a reading you need to leave the device on for a few moments to allow it to sync with your bluetooth. If not it will record it the next time you power it on.

Nice machine. Easy to use and set up. I like that the carry case has a spot for everything.

I used the contour next level 1 and level 2 control solution as advised by another user; both can be found on Amazon.This meter has been great and works with a tiny drop of blood. I also love the fact that if I did not get enough blood on the test strip the first time it has a small window for you to add on more blood as a way to save strips. I use it with the app and it has no problem pairing so I can better track my trends.I'm pre-diabetic and I'm using it learn which foods I can eat safely, which I need to limit and those that I need to avoid so that I don't go into T2DM. It's been a great tool so far.

Very easy to use and seems very accurate. I tested it against a lab test and it was right. Very little blood is needed. Which is good for me. Everything needed fits into the little case. So it's easy to grab and go.
