I know they are better for our health. What held me back was the high cost, however, the Ceramic Kitchen Knives are most reasonable and they are truly sharp, comfortable to hold and all round wonderful knives. I am so impressed with them that I recently ordered another set for my son and his wife and a third set for my daughter and her husband. I know they will love and appreciate them as much as I do.As a side note, they arrived very shortly after I ordered them with instructions as to how to best care for them. This is a fantastic company that really cares for it's clients and I'm so happy I found them. I would order the Ceramic Kitchen Knives again and I highly recommend them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So far so good. I read a bunch of reviews and chose this set because *by M***T on Reviewed in the United States on April 7, 2017* I have had these for a few months now. They are the sharpest things I own. I have had no trouble with them. I use them a few times a week. They cut tomatoes, onions, etc... just be sure to use them on a plastic cutting board per the instructions. I had read sooo many reviews about so many ceramic knives. I went with this set based on reviews, research, and budget. This is my first set of ceramic. I have used my mother-in-law's ceramic knives, (she buys expensive ones) and they don't seem quite as sharp as hers, but they haven't let me down. For budget, these would make a great addition to your kitchen for the common family. It fits my hand well. I found that using the point of the knife to start a cut can cause the end to break off.
