This works great once you figure it out. There is no instructions and the description doesn’t really cover how to use it.

I ordered this to time a 12v pump that needs to operate on a fixed schedule. Programming is not difficult if you have the spec sheet. Web search 35238mpdata.pdf to find the full spec sheet, but I'll put basic instructions below.At 12.5v and with the LED display on, it draws 0.09a when the relay is active and 0.01a with the relay inactive.With the LED display off, it draws 0.06a when the relay is active and less than 0.01a when the relay is inactive.This is awesome, because it means it uses very little power, and when properly configured can operate for a long time on a battery-based system.Instructions on use:To change the operating mode, hold down the SET button for 1 second and release, then use the UP and DOWN buttons select the desired mode and confirm the selection with a short by pressing the SET button.DisplayOP - the time the relay is ONCL - time of the relay OFFLOP - the number of ON/OFF repetitions (Loops) 1 to Continuous (1-999 where --- is Continuous)CP - Sleep Mode (Timer Operates but Display Off)Od - Display Always On ( More on This Later)Modes:P1.1 - Off by default. Trigger turns the relay on and relay stays on for OP time, then turns off. Additional trigger signals during on cycle do nothing.P1.2 - Off by default. Trigger turns the relay on and relay stays on for OP time, then turns off. Additional trigger signals during on cycle restart timer.P1.3 - Off by default. After trigger stops, stays on until OP timer runs out.To change mode, hold SET button for 3 seconds and then release. Up and down can change the mode. Set button again selects the mode and drops you into timer configuration.For each of these timers, the decimal indicates the range. If the decimal to the right of the last digit is lit, the time is in seconds. If the decimal to the right of the second digit is lit, the time is in tenths of a second. If all three decimals are lit, the time is in minutes.OP - On timerCL - Off timer (not used in some modes)LOP - number of loops (not used in some modes)To turn the LED screen off, hold the STOP button for 5 seconds. If it shows C-L, the LED will be able to go into sleep mode but the timers will operate as programmed. The relay indicator LED will still operate. If it shows O-d the display is always on.If you press the STOP button during operation it turns off the relay, but the timer will continue. If after pressing Stop it shows OFF, then the relay will not turn on even when the timer cycle says it should. If your system is not working, check this setting.The relay has both NO and NC terminals available. The trigger can use a common or isolated ground.
