I bought these to try to correct a persistent UL (Unbalanced Load) fault code. This didn't help to correct that. It turns out I damaged the stator position sensor during a previous bearing replacement. However, my washer is several years old so its likely these were close to needing replacement. They were simple and easy to install - about 20 minutes. No issues with fit, they were the correct length for my Whirlpool Cabrio washer.I got rid of the UL code by installing a new stator position sensor.

Installed with no issues… washing machine is running smooth and no longer shaking

Good replacement but is hard to install

It did not totally cure the shaking problem but it did make a big improvement. For the price I paid over OE parts and the improvement made we am very satisficed. Item was not lubed as much as OE. I hope this is not a problem. To install I had to move washer to garage to allow room to lay washer on its side.

So I had brought these based off reviews and that my model # matched, problems arouse a little after I put them in, it was especially noticeable when it was loaded up, it sounded like Squeaky Springs and would cause the UL code, so if I ran it half full or less it would squeak but no unlevel load. I ordered the shocks straght from whirlpool much more $$ they are very similar but the brand has numbers stamped on them and the springs are a different material (the darker white) and the holder is different all together. Maybe I got a lemon or maybe it wasn't designed for the HD models, if you are unsure how big the barrel is I can fit a King Comfort with ease

They installed easily and worked fine for about 6 months then we started getting the UL code every now and then. It's been a year and it's almost every load now. Got to replace them again. As far far as durability and value, if I could have given them negative stars I would have.

Good price, and so far the quality appears to be adequate. The rods were slightly long for my washer. By using the original suspension ball housing from my washer I was able to make it work. (1/8-3/16" makes a difference) and avoiding loads that arr too light. After some use, the height may resolve itself as the springs become more compressed.

The product came in fast and on time. Worked great for my washing machine at a greta price.
