Great ,ingenious tool for hard to reach ,glass railings ,etc.,that are 4 feet tall on high or low buildings.Probably a little tricky to use on very large windows. Excellent.....

I want to clean windows at my 10th floor apartment. I have pretty big floor to ceiling windows so I need to get a special cleaning stuff. It has to be light to hold and be good to clean the window. This was ok weight but the changing direction while I was cleaning the window was harder than my expectations. The result of cleaning was not great either.

Very cumbersome to use. Hard to keep the sponge part flat against the window

We live in a 5th-floor condo with lots of windows but no exterior access. This tool was just what I needed to get some bird poop splats off several otherwise inaccessible spots on the outside. It's not pro-quality sturdy, but it works for my infrequent needs.

Difficult to use… cheap squeegee… Not worth the price.

The plastic squeeze is almost impossible to get off the handle. The item is awkward to use

I got the window cleaning tool a lot sooner then expected. However, I may have gotten a used one. All the parts of this product was just tossed in a box with no bag or packaging. The handle was also a bit dirty. I had to clean that off. It was super easy to put together and seems super easy to use. I love that you can turn the handle and the microfiber head anyway you need to to clean your windows. It is also nice that you get two microfiber cleaning cloths and not just one. I have a very tall house and hopefully this will help clean the outside of the upstair windows and I won’t have to have a professional come and clean them.

OK product and helps with cleaning hard to reach windows. Would be nice if it was sturdier.
