Perfect for notetaking
I’ve been using a paper screen protector on my Tab 9SE for a few months now, and it has completely transformed the way I use my device for note-taking and studying. As someone who spends hours writing lecture notes and annotating PDFs, I found the slippery glass surface of the tablet made my handwriting messy and uncomfortable, often leading to hand fatigue. The paper screen protector adds just the right amount of resistance, mimicking the feel of writing on actual paper while maintaining smooth pen gliding.Installation was straightforward, though I recommend taking your time to ensure there are no bubbles or dust trapped underneath. Most come with detailed instructions and dust-removal stickers, and once installed, it looks seamless on the screen. I was worried it would affect the clarity of the display, but the protector only slightly mutes the brightness, which I can easily adjusted in my settings. Colors and sharpness remain clear enough for watching videos or doing every day activities. The matte texture significantly reduces glare from overhead lighting and windows, making it easier to work for long periods without straining my eyes. I also noticed that it greatly minimizes fingerprints, so I don’t have to constantly wipe down the screen like I did before. In terms of durability, it has held up well so far without scratching, even with the metal tips that I have on my pencil. I used only one sheet for both my sophomore and junior year of college, and have made hundreds, maybe even thousands of pages of notes on my tablet. I just recently changed to a second sheet, and that will likely last until my graduation and maybe even longer. The screen protector is on the thin side, but it still protects against minor scratches and scrapes if you are not careful. Overall, I highly recommend

Nice product, beware of metal nib scratches
Have this for about a week. Love the feel of the texture, gives that "paper" texture well. My only concern is that it is scratching up quick. I'm using a metal nib instead of plastic one, since I heard the plastic ones wear down fast and to use a metal one instead.Haven't used it that heavily for 1 week, so something to keep in mind when trying different nibs on this protector. It's nice it comes with a backup screen protector, but guess you gotta weigh the cost of buying more screen protectors or going back to plastic nibs only to buy more when those wear down.Other than that, it was easy to instead, had a nice matte finish with minimal glare. Just be cautious of which pen nib type you use.

Great but wears nibs quickly
I've been trying not to buy myself the new fancy brandname paperlike tablet, so I was hoping this would fit the bill. I did a horrible job with the installation. But bubbles aside, it's like writing on paper. The rough texture however, is eating through stylus nibs at an alarming rate. After less than a week of drawing I needed to replace the nib. I luckily had previously purchased replacement nibs and a dozen came in the pack.Nibs included it is still cheaper than a new tablet.

Like writing on parchment paper
I watched the tutorial and tried to follow the instructions carefully. On the second try I was able to get a practically flawless install on my Galaxy S8 tablet. The only bubbles are at the very edge of the final corner and they're small. Warning... Do not touch the adhesive underside. If there's a small hair, consider living with it.The installation kit is better than I've seen. Extras included a large cloth trimmed smoothing tool and non-skid padding to hold the tablet steady.Using the tab to hold the free end of the protector as close to the surface without touching while using the covered scraper to smooth out bubbles as they happen worked beautifully. Work in a dust free area, go slowly and swipe from the center toward the edges. The protector surface is rougher than expected. I'm used to the slicker one on Boox devices and I wonder how much faster I'll wear down pen nibs.Unexpectedly, it's added an enjoyable tactile dimension to page turns and swiping. You can feel the page moving.Writing with the S pen reminds me of writing on parchment paper years ago. Turning up the eye comfort shield I can almost convince myself. The S pen still glides but there's more control and my handwriting is definitely better.A harder nib seems to add a bit more resistance, more pen scratch and audible taps when the nib meets the screen. Practice writing with a lighter touch to save on nibs.

Was a bit skeptical but 5/5
I was concerned with customer reviews and how this was a frequently returned item but I gave it a shot. Followed the instruction video and there was a large spot for the camera ( but thats fine for me) it feels and looks great. I Purchased another one that was twice the price and it did not last long. No bubbles and thin enough to fit in a case.

Easy to apply, hard to use — not for precise writing
I purchased this screen protector for my Galaxy Tab S9 because of the great reviews. The product itself is high quality — the packaging was nice, and application was smooth with no bubbles, which I really appreciated. However, after using it for a few days, I had to remove it due to several issues:• S Pen responsiveness dropped significantly. Light strokes weren’t detected well, and I had to press harder or retrace lines, especially when working on handwriting tasks.• Scrolling became frustrating. The added friction made swipe gestures less smooth, which slowed down basic tablet use.• Display clarity was reduced. The matte finish made the screen look dull and slightly grainy, which is a shame for a device with such a beautiful display. If you’re mainly using your tablet for note-taking and don’t mind the trade-offs, this could still be a good fit. But for anyone who needs precise pen input or enjoys the vibrant screen quality of the Tab S9, I’d recommend thinking twice.
