BEWARE THE BAG RIPS EASY i grind this coarse and make noodles and shortbread and pasties. this wheat is not bland! rich. yummy. some might call it nutty. i always sort my grains, but this stuff has made it nearly pointless. nearly.

This flour taste so very good.
I bought a grain mill a few years ago but didn't use it much until recently. I learned to love making bread and thought Organic berries would be healthiest way to go. They put so much additives in store bought bread. Home made bread taste a lot better that store bought to me and a lot healthier. I was pleased to order from this company. I received order quickly and flour taste very fresh made from these berries.
