Works great
It is a very good hoist,will lift my riding mower,honda xr250r motorcycle and on single line feed,it I double the line asyou can I will sling and lift honda 500 atv with ease,. I had an air hoist,but this is much easier and quiet. Love it so far. I may try to buy another remote, so as I misplace the original ,I'll have a backup!

A powerful hoist
First off, two people got stuck with a cable strand splinter. Has me wondering about the quality and integrity of the supplied cable. Other than that it's OK. That cable will be replaced for safety concerns.

have to connect and reconnect
having trouble with the lift, when I leave it connected more than 15 minutes the green light stops blinking and i have to connect and reconnect the lift so it can get the signal from the control.leaving it with 3 star for now

Item delivered in severely damaged box
Along with the damaged box, there was no straps, and no remote. This makes the winch absolutely unusable. Returned.

Damaged unit still waiting on refund.
I received the hoist and it was damaged insideits box. It was shipped this way because the shipping box was undamaged. I waited over 14 days to receive it after I ordered it. Once I returned it its been over 10 days and still no refund. Very disappointed. Buyer beware.

I like my PA1000 Hoist but the company refuses to sell me extra remotes. I want one for each car.
