TeraFlex 1753000 JK Front Quick Disconnect (3"-4")

Easy to install, another quality product from TF. Would have given 5 stars but one of the nylon nuts galled up on me and I had to cut off the stud. I had to fabricate a temporary stud then contacted TF who shipped me 2 new studs and nylon lock nuts. (They have great customer service) Their advice was to put a bit of grease on the stud threads before putting on the lock nut. Looks like TF doesn't use waxed nylon which causes them to sometimes sieze. Otherwise a great product, easy and fast to disconnect sway bar. The upper stud mount is great for keeping end links out of the way while wheeling!! Would definitely recommend this product.

Good quality and they appear to be well-made. Word of advice: If you have a newer Jeep with tight suspension, these will work for you with no problem. If your Jeep is a few years old, like my 2012 JK Unlimited Sport with a 3.5" lift, you might want to consider buying an adjustable sway bar disconnect. I cannot disconnect or reconnect these without a small pry bar and hammer, either because my front sway bar is slightly bent, or my springs may have sagged a bit more on one side than the other.

I purchased these in October of 2018. They worked great for 11 months and I noticed a clicking from the passenger side. When I investigated the source I found that the top knuckle on the passenger side was about to break apart. I am less than pleased with the durability. I do use the Jeep for what is is made for frequently, but I always disconnect the sway bars for better articulation. The failure of the knuckle is only from road use.I feel these should have lasted several years. NOT just 11months!!!

Bent pretty quick, functional yes but not heavy duty enough if your really wheeling hard.

Great on road manners and a game changer off road. It was difficult to disconnect the first few weeks, but became easier as the rubber bushing wore in.

the product I received was not the same as pictured. I was disappointed because for what I was doing needed the ones that were pictured.

Very nice upgrade. Haven’t been off road yet to try the disconnect.
