Very happy. Not a single one broken even chipped. They have a nice buttery flavor, a flaky Texter and mouth feel. I was worried they were going to be dence and chewy but they’re not at all! Each tray (20per) is individually wrapped from maximum freshness.

Used these mini tarts for quite a few things. They're delicious and very versatile. Slightly sweet, but perfect for either sweet or savory recipes. Only 4 broken in shipping and they arrived upside down in the box, so I'm impressed.

For this price I had much higher expectations. These tart shells have a very thick pastry and the holes that are poked in the bottoms to prevent puffing up durring baking ar the factory go straight through many of the shells so the fillings leaked out all over the place and were not servable.On top of that 1/3 of the shells were cracked or broken when they arrived. I was trying to save time but it was a horrible mistake I will not be repeating.

They were perfect. I was perpared for there to be some broken shells, but none were cracked. I used the shells for mini fruit tarts, my guest loved them. Personally it think the flavor was pretty plain, but the they are beautiful and cooked so i am very happy with these and will order again kn the future.

My office ordered these for our annual Christmas open house and we filled them with lemon, cherry, and apple pie fillings. We only had 5 broken shells, which was a huge relief because that was a big concern with having them shipped, and we were on a time crunch. We filled them the day before the open house and they held the filling really well and didn't get soggy. It was December and we kept them in a cold garage overnight. The taste was great, very buttery. They turned out super cute and we will definitely keep them in mind for our next open house.

These shells are perfect and last in the pantry. They take filling, rebaking, and travel well. I have used them for years. Slightly sweet mostly buttery neutral flavor. If your box has some broken, which may happen since they're made in Switzerland.. contact Amazon they've always made it right for me.

Since this is a prime product, I got them in two days. Got this for a catering job. Great time saver since I only have to concentrate on the fillings.Of the 100 shells, only 3 broke. The shells are shortbread cookies that are buttery and not too sweet, similar to the ones that La Madeline Restaurant sells. I made fresh fruit tart, chocolate cream tart and lemon tart. The shells were neutral enough to let the filling shine thru.I will order again for the next catering job.
