We treat our 10 horses monthly with a 1 week course of chia for gut maintenance and sand clearing. We used psyllium for years but the horses did not like psyllium so it was a pain to get them to eat it. When we tried Chia, they LOVED it and gobble it up like it is a treat. Also this company is the most reasonably priced chia we have found. Some vendors are really gouging with high prices (more than double the cost of this product). So, we have found our chia supplier and if you are still doing the psyllium program, we would recommend you give this product a try. Hope this helps!

As a horse owner AND a woman, and I disappointed in the pricing that is set for this product. Do a search and SAVE YOURSELVES SOME MONEY. Plenty of bulk chia for sale out there.
