Really great guide and so much better than I have come across before. Explains the symptoms and conditions well and how to treat. Would def recommend

I actually bought this for my eldest son who was heading off to basic training with the RAF. As a first aid trained parent, I'm always testing my children on their first aid knowledge. This book is extremely detailed for a wide range of common first aid requirements. He needed a first aid kit and I chucked this in as an extra because I thought it was important for him to know what to do, not just in emergencies, but also for common issues he might come across during his training. This is absolutely perfect for anyone new to first aid, or for anyone who just wants to refresh their memory on things, because, I'll be honest, I always forget how to wrap a bandage, but CPR is burned into my brain.

I'm not trained in first aid but i find this book to be very easy to understand. It uses clear instructions and handy pictures. The index at the back is also helpful. A very handy book to own.
