Are they waterproof, yes. is there 25 per box, yes, will they break if you strike too hard, absolutely. I feel they are rather small in size for the price, they do light up, but you have a short period of time to get a fire going....again my opinion.. compared to others,,, soo you do get what you pay for???

They are water proof I dunked one in water and was able to light it right away. There is 25 matches in one box. Super cool will buy again.
