My wife loved it!
My wife doesn’t read or collect manga but loves Kirby. She enjoyed this quick read mainly for how cute and charming the art style is, also she’s very happy to have a contribution in OUR manga collection now.

It's such a beautiful cover, and looks like a great manga!
I almost don't want to read this manga because the cover is so beautiful, I don't want to crease it. I didn't expect it to be so nice. I recommend this for Kirby lovers! I haven't read it, but I did thumb through it. It looks great, it totally does justice to Kirby and his world. You may assume I love it and recommend it if I do not update this review. Even though I didn't read it before reviewing, I looked through a lot of it. This is recommended for all ages -- the young and the young at heart! Just remember it is manga, it's read from right to left, from the bottom of the book to the top (like all other manga). It might be difficult for children who have never read a book like this to get used to. But it's worth it to learn, manga is a fun experience unlike any other experience.

Fun Book
The manga is really entertaining like I know some parts in the manga can be inappropriate for some kids but like its literally just because it was made for a different culture. I might be being a little bias because I am literally a adult lol

Definitely not suited for younger children
This book is a stark reminder that Japan has some very different cultural standards about what small children can be exposed to.I don't want to give the impression that I hate the book - I don't - but I've been buying manga for my niece and nephews and I thought Kirby would be a good fit. Good thing I review all of the books I buy for them before handing them off, because I never would have expected the first chapter to be *literally* about Kirby being a comically abusive drunk.Kirby doesn't seem to be capable of malice, but he's incredibly powerful and seemingly oblivious to the mayhem he causes - especially while drunk - and the mayhem isn't just played off for laughs: we're explicitly told and shown that he's causing huge problems for the people around him, and he doesn't seem to notice or care. This is in contrast to equally powerful and oblivious characters like Son Goku, who typically only inflict unintentional mayhem on the obvious villains of his story - I know King Dedede is supposed to be something of an antagonist in the Kirby lore, but he's not depicted as one in this book and that makes it difficult to laugh off.I've not played much in the way of Kirby games nor watched any related anime, so I can't comment on his character at all, but I find myself not completely agreeing with the 9-12 years age recommendation on this book.

Kirby so cute!!!
I love Kirby. It's so cute. There is in the beginning about loopy juice. Adults know what it is but some kids might not understand. Overall I love the book.
