This box comes with everything you need to make the patterns shown on the box, but also includes some bonus patterns you can make if you buy additional beads. It comes with a base plate and sprayer, so it can be used right away. You only have a couple of parts to make keychains, though.It seems to use special colors to better match the Animal Crossing characters, such as slightly different shades of purple beads than in a refill kit.

The only semi issue I had was the clips. It was hard for me to figure out how to get them to clasp. I got it in the end! This is the perfect gift for an animal crossing enjoyer. Beware obviously of the water activated beads, you don’t want to leave them near children. You would also need the motor skills to use tweezers or pinch and pick up little things to enjoy this product, this might not be the best gift for a disabled friend. Hope you guys love it as much as I did

These came out really cute and my kids loved them. They are a good quality. A bit pricy but they are worth it!

I bought this for myself to play with while quarantining. It was really fun to use. I was able to make each of the characters and figures. I just don't like that, when i accidentally sprayed too much water, the beads melted so much that there was strings of it on the other beads. I just feel like it should say about how many sprays to do. And the box came kind of beat up and taped on the sides.

My nephew was very happy with this as his Christmas gift ❤️

This is a cute thing for older kids to do (or adults with too much time on their hands), but you can really only make one of the characters from the beads that they give you which is unfortunate. If you wanted to give this to one person to play with it'll be fine but if you intended to make an activity for the family you should buy more than one kit.

I liked this because it was for my daughter. She really likes it.
