Sturdy and stable
Not much to say about this ladder. Its light for such a heavily rated ladder (its nominal capacity is 500lbs (230Kg) which is far in excess of the load that people are likely to put on it). Its easy to carry and doesn't have any points where your fingers could get trapped or pinched. It opens and closes smoothly. Once placed on a level surface it is rock steady -- it doesn't sag or 'give' as you climb it. I suppose the greatest complement you could give it is that "it inspires confidence".

Well built
Bought this step ladder a week ago, received within 2 days. The ladder is well built, easy to fold and feels quite sturdy when step on it. The weight is not too heavy, no problem to carry around the house and up/down the stairs. Since it’s a 2 step ladder, it’s not enough for most people to reach the top level of the cabinet. I would suggest buy the 3 step ladder instead for more universal use.

GREEN STEPSTOOL, GOLD STANDARD
I am impressed with all the features of this stepstool. I am a septuagenerian who is heavy-set (a 200 lb. German who loves to eat) and pretty short (only short 5"2" tall). I feel well-supported on this stepstool. It is sturdy, well-built, made with great materials, has a well-engineered open-close mechanism, and light-weight enough for me to carry all around. It is invaluable to me. I only wish they also made a 4-step stepstool so I could replace lightbulbs and smoke-detector in my home with 9' ceilings.

Strong leader
I am a big guy, at 300 pounds. I can stand on the top step and feel comfortable being up there. So glad I bought this one.

This is a GREAT little ladder for kitchen, garage, camper, whatever.
We have some cabinets in our kitchen that are just too tall to reach and we got tired of standing on the kitchen chairs so I looked at all the ladders on Amazon and selected this one based on others' reviews and the price. This thing is perfect. It is STURDY and STABLE. It locks into the open position which adds confidence when you're standing on it. It folds up really narrow so fits in a closet or the laundry room easily. The rubber feet don't hurt the hardwood floors and keep it from sliding around too. I use this all the time now in my garage when I need to hang something up on the walls like bicycles and camping gear. It's small enough and so handy I'll throw it in the camper this summer just to have it along.

Broke before use
Well, we opened it to see how wide the foot stance was/how tight a space we could get into. Didnt even step on the steps. When we tried to close it, the bars for the steps started bowing out. We stopped, tried again, same thing. Then we tried to hold the bars steady and slowly closing the steps, and that almost took a finger off when the bars just blasted out. Thus the thing never closed again, the bars were bent and completely unsafe, and I almost lost a finger. I'm not even that strong, so why is the steel bar bending when I'm just try to close the thing? Because its crap. We got this for the higher weight limit so we could haul heavy items with us, but I dont trust any weight limit they say if just closing it causes the supports to bend out

Excellent purchase and price for a heavy duty tool!
This is a very handy, heavy duty foot stool! I wanted something that had more than 2 steps that I could use to help with painting hard to reach ceilings and something that would allow me to feel a little more comfortable standing on when I clean my collectible shelves. Would buy one again if I needed another one.

Price no reflection of sturdiness
With the description and price, I thought I was getting a sturdy step ladder. This step ladder was small, the steps too close together of a large person. The construction and weight of item was not enough for a 350 lb man willing to try stepping on it for fear of falling. I can't imagine a 400+ person trying it. Also, very VERY difficult to open and close.
