Great roller bar!
Helps with pain relief of muscle pain! Very durable and I thought the rollers would be too hard but they roll easily and make it very effective especially for the price!

Exactly what I needed
This massage roller has plastic rollers, so it's easy to get the right massage by applying more or less pressure. Some of the others are foam, so a deeper massage isn't easily achieved. This one is exactly as advertised and exactly what I wanted. The size allows a lot of versatility for use on larger and smaller muscle groups alike. Sturdy construction means it will last a long time.

Feels nice
Very easy to roll up and down my husband's back. When he used it on me it felt nice as long as he didn't go up over the shoulder blades, I found that a little painful. My husband had no problem with it going over his shoulder blades but he felt pain when it reached the top of his spine below his neck. This is with very little pressure too. Over all it is nice and relaxing and much easier to use then hand massages.

Easy and effective
This is a great product. I was having issues with my Quads and the chiropractor suggested to use this a few times daily. It is hard plastic that I rolled over my legs. Very easy to use.

Good product
We use something similar in my Pilates class and I wanted one for home. Feels great and really helps loosen tight muscles and ease pain and can even reach my back with the handles on each side. Very portable as well if I want to travel with it in my car but not in a suitcase as it doesn't retract but that's OK.

Worth Having
Talk about relief! This was recommended to me by my physical therapist. It relieves muscle tightness and I expect is keeping me from needing more PT.

Must have for stress relief
This is a great value. I bought it because I was having shoulder issues. I used it to roll along my shoulders. I do wish it were a bit longer so my grip would have been firmer.I was able to adjust my pressure as needed and the padding on the stick was great to work out tense muscles.
